Guests at Bau Bau Dumpling House’s Edible Insect Dinner

There was a full menu of dishes incorporating edible insects for a dinner at Bau Bau Dumpling House in Portland, Maine on July 9th, 2018. It was a hit. A lot of people remarked that they had tried an insect or two before but had never really tasted them. These dishes brought the flavor out giving each dish a new and exotic character. Everyone loved it!
